It looks like adidas has been recently making a habit of placing their beloved Boost technology on some of the their classic EQT models. The latest version to get blessed with Boost is the adidas EQT Racing 91. Let’s take a look at the first two colorways of whag is being called the adidas EQT Racing 91/16.

The sandal-like sneaker appears to keep its upper’s aesthetics exactly the same as they would appear on an OG model. The only difference on the shoe (it’s a big one), is that the traditional sole of the shoe is swapped out in favor of a Boost equipped sole unit. Coming in white or black, both colorways will be offset by the hits of EQT green placed on the branding and heel collar of the shoe. The EQT Racing 91/16 is said to be arriving now at select adidas retailers. Is this a dope concept or will you stick to the classics?

Author’s Take

Anytime you make a shoe more comfortable, I’m all in. It may slightly change the look of the shoe, but I’ll take it as long as my feet are more comfortable. Keep doing this addias, you’re on the right track!
