Dr. Madhavi Ayyagari brings to FGi over 30 years of leadership experience across education, corporate, government, and non-profit sectors, with impactful work spanning 20 countries including the UAE, Qatar, South Africa, Ethiopia, and India. She has led major initiatives in partnership with global organizations such as the World Bank, UNICEF, and ILO, and contributed to national programs for the governments of the UAE, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Qatar.
As Country Lead of Nielsen Qatar, she built the division from the ground up, achieving a 5-star MENA rating and delivering high-impact projects across telecom, retail, automotive, and public sectors. Her strategic insight and execution have shaped policy and development programs, and she continues to serve on boards of universities and research networks, advising on governance and academic excellence.
Dr. Ayyagari has also played transformative roles in higher education, founding and leading three business schools in the Middle East, and holding senior academic positions including Academic Director at Curtin University Dubai and Head of Business School at Murdoch University Dubai. With over 40 publications and a Ph.D. in Social Marketing, she has successfully bridged the gap between academia and industry.
A serial entrepreneur and conscious business advocate, she co-founded two consulting firms and a wellness-focused design studio supporting breast cancer survivors. She is a regular speaker on sustainable business and entrepreneurship at international forums, including World Expo 2020 and ISOA 2023. At FGi, she strengthens our mission-driven approach by integrating strategy, innovation, and impact into business development and stakeholder engagement.
Krista Hendry brings to FGi her deep experience working with local NGOs and natural resource companies facing the challenges of operating in conflict-sensitive environments. She collaborates with management teams to create, support, and lead effective solutions. A former executive director of the DC-based Fund for Peace, Krista is adept at developing relationships and trust across sectors on complex issues, promoting dialogue and cooperation to create innovative results.
David brings to FGi unmatched financial leadership, a deep understanding of stakeholder priorities, and a proven track record of maximizing growth, profitability, and investor confidence.With over 30 years of experience across service and manufacturing sectors, he has led financial strategy for both public and private companies in technology, SaaS, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and more.
He has held CFO roles at high-growth firms such as Plug Power and Albany Molecular Research (AMRI), where he executed strategic initiatives including IPOs, M&A, and global expansion—growing AMRI’s revenues from $33M to nearly $200M. As co-founder of CFO Advisory Group, David has advised numerous companies on capital structuring, financial forecasting, operational efficiency, and board-level financial strategy.
Mr. Waldek helped lead the sale of Linium’s ServiceNow based digital solutions business to a private equity firm. Linium is a globally recognized firm with over 17 years of experience in consulting, recruiting and managed services. Prior to the sale, Linium had 800+ employees in the US, Canada and Europe with office locations in New York, Connecticut and North Carolina. Prior to the sale, Mr. Waldek had responsibility over the finance, human resources, information technology, legal and contract administration functions for Linium.

Doug Brooks is the Vice President of Government Relations at FGi Solutions. A longtime advocate and specialist on the constructive utilization of the private sector for international stabilization and humanitarian missions, in 2001 he founded what became the International Stability Operations Association (ISOA) and led it for more than a decade. He worked closely with NGOs, academics, and industry to create international standards, guidelines, and codes.
Mr. Brooks is a frequent commentator on news programs and has testified before the U.S. Congress and South African Parliament. He earned his BA from Indiana University and MA from Baylor University with additional graduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh. Doug races canoes and enjoys morning runs.
Mr. Idrees Noori is an accomplished professional with a formal education in business administration enhanced with extensive field experience. Mr. Noori has been an integral part of FGI Solutions, first as a Business Development Manager, significantly contributing to the growth and expansion of the company’s foundational operations, and subsequently in his current position as Procurement Unit Manager. Throughout his career, Mr. Noori has exhibited a strong ability to adapt to dynamic business environments, foster mutually beneficial relationships with clients and stakeholders, and deliver exceptional results. His strategic thinking, leadership acumen, and attention to detail have consistently played a vital role in driving the success of projects and teams.
Mr. Noori has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Birmingham City University, in the United Kingdom.
Mr. Noori is an exceptional linguist, proficient in five strategic languages, including Arabic, English, Dari, Pashto, and Urdu. His linguistic versatility and cultural diversity have enabled him to effectively communicate and foster productive global relationships.
Nameetha Riji, with a Master’s degree in Business Administration and HR, brings extensive experience to FGi, specializing in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. She develops employee engagement programs and ensures smooth transitions during performance reviews or terminations.
Fluent in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and English, Nameetha fosters a culturally inclusive environment, strengthening relationships across FGi’s global workforce. Known for her organizational skills and problem-solving abilities, she is passionate about employee well-being and development.

Juveria is an avid reader, painter and chef. Her roots are in a blended family from a multicultural town in Southern India. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu and Kannada, can read Arabic fluently and speaks some Malayalam and Tulu as well.
With extensive experience working for both European and U.S. international organizations, she has proven to be an adaptive, balanced, and immensely energetic leader.
In Ukraine, she has served with and supported the Ukrainian territorial defense forces along with her husband. Ms. Fidey is fluent in Ukrainian, English, Hungarian, and Russian languages.
Raichel Pauly serves as the head of supply chain solutions at FGi Solutions. She has more than five years of industry experience and has developed an extraordinary track record for planning and executing large-scale logistics projects even in the most challenging of environments, such as conflict and post-conflict environments, where larger organizations are deterred or fail.Raichel earned her bachelor’s in business administration majoring in Finance from Amity University, Dubai. She enjoys movies, challenging games, reading, and studying dance and song.
She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam and has a basic understanding of Tamil and she can read and write Arabic
